Ixquick Makes it Easier to Send Technical Information to Customer Support.

When you submit feedback on our Contact Us web form, we now give you the option of submitting your browser and platform information at the same time. This change will help our support staff resolve technical questions you might have more efficiently.

When you enter your email address to request a reply, this line now appears, and can be unchecked at your discretion:

Allow my browser and platform info to be used to help solve any technical issues..

Since different browsers behave differently (Internet Explorer, Safari, Firefox, etc.), transmitting browser information will help us custom tailor an answer to your technical question -- so you can get back to private searching!
